Andreea Coscai

Andreea Coscai is a Romanian podcast producer and marketer with international experience and a deep passion for multicultural storytelling. She has produced podcasts independently on topics ranging from reproductive rights, gender equality, and history to inspirational conversations. Passionate about building cross-cultural bridges in podcasting. She is the founder and editor of Eurowaves, a newsletter dedicated to spotlighting European podcasts and industries. She is also a podcast marketer at Tink Media, a community and newsletter editor for EarBuds Podcast Collective, and co-founder of podcast production and growth agency, PodVision. In 2020, She founded Her Time Romania, the first non-profit in Romania focused on empowering young women through leadership and networking opportunities.

Diana Kostova

Diana Kostova is the Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Department at Bulgarian National Radio, where she has led a transformative shift in the organization’s digital strategy. With over 15 years of experience in radio and more than a decade in television, she specializes in audio-visual storytelling, digital content production, and creative media innovation.

Under her leadership, the radio launched its first YouTube channel and began producing a wide range of successful video podcasts, including the hit docu-reality series The Patrol, which garnered over 11 million views. Her team has since developed a variety of multimedia series covering topics from politics and travel to personal development and accessibility.

A pioneer in integrating AI into media, she is currently producing an audio-documentary series based on real police fraud cases, scripted and visualized using AI. She has also introduced an AI-generated news host on the station’s website.

Currently pursuing a PhD on “AI as a Content Creator in Media,” she continues to push the boundaries of modern broadcasting, aiming to engage younger audiences through innovative, multi-platform content strategies.

Nadia Bouissehak

Under the supervision of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, the Institut français is the public establishment responsible for France’s international cultural relations. Working closely with the French cultural network abroad (culture departments of French Embassies, Instituts français, and Alliances françaises), it supports the international promotion of French creators and facilitates partnerships between actors from French and international ecosystems in various fields of cultural and creative industries.

Within the Department of Artistic Creation and Cultural Industries, the Digital Creation and Audiovisual division of the Institut français – where Nadia Bouissehak works – promotes the sectors of immersive experiences, digital arts, video games, cultural outreach and education and sound creation.
