Artem Perfilov is a Ukrainian journalist, media producer, and communications expert based in Odesa. With over 20 years of experience in TV, radio, and digital media, he has collaborated with international outlets such as Die Tageszeitung, Rai, Helsingin Sanomat, The Hill, and Los Angeles Times as a local producer and fixer since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion. Artem currently leads the PR and Advertising Department at TENET, a major telecom company, and is the founder of the Media Makers Community. He is a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
