Diana Kostova

Diana Kostova is the Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Department at Bulgarian National Radio, where she has led a transformative shift in the organization’s digital strategy. With over 15 years of experience in radio and more than a decade in television, she specializes in audio-visual storytelling, digital content production, and creative media innovation.

Under her leadership, the radio launched its first YouTube channel and began producing a wide range of successful video podcasts, including the hit docu-reality series The Patrol, which garnered over 11 million views. Her team has since developed a variety of multimedia series covering topics from politics and travel to personal development and accessibility.

A pioneer in integrating AI into media, she is currently producing an audio-documentary series based on real police fraud cases, scripted and visualized using AI. She has also introduced an AI-generated news host on the station’s website.
